Ph.D, Chief Scientist
Dr. Charles Brown has more than 19 years experience in telecommunications research, 18 of them with Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies. Most recently he was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, Bell Labs Dr. Brown is a member of the National Society of Black Physicists, International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE), the American Physical Society and the Edward A. Bouchet/ICTP Institute.
