The core team comprises optical physicists, Internet technologists, system architects and networking engineers from many well known companies. The team has experience in the rapid transitioning of products from prototype to commercialization, with expertise in physics, research, development, engineering and manufacturing of data networking systems, optical components and optical subsystems.

Director, Human Resources
Mr. Fleck joins Luxcore Networks with more than 18 years of human resources and management experience in private start-up as well as public fast-growth, high technology companies. Most recently he was with CytRx Corporation, where he served as vice president of human resources since 1993. He was also chief operating officer of AgSpan, Inc., an Internet-based transaction and data management company, where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations. Prior to this, Mr. Fleck held senior level human resources positions with KnowledgeWare, MCI WorldCom, Harris/3M and Harris Semiconductor (Intersil). Mr. Fleck holds an MBA in personnel administration and a bachelor's degree in international affairs, both from Florida State University.
